The Community Development Authority (CDA) of the City of Madison owns Brittingham, Gay Braxton, Karabis Apartments, and Parkside Towers and Townhouses collectively known as the “CDA Triangle Sites”. The CDA selected the New Year Investments Team to partner in the redevelopment of the Triangle Sites.

Taking Shape is a CDA and New Year Investments Partnership. New Year Investments (NYI) is the lead Development Partner of the CDA . NYI and its team will lead the planning and redevelopment of the CDA Triangle Sites to ensure a sustainable future for the community.

EQT by Design is the engagement consultant for Taking Shape. EQT will be working with the Triangle Community to ensure their voices and perspectives are captured as part of this historic project.

Potter Lawson is the Architecture and Master Planning Consultant for Taking Shape.
